All day purification | 30 min event | No sign-up 

  1. Sit quietly, meditate, go for a walk, sleep or take a bath. Some people like to meet up, in silence, physically as a group.
  2. Add your specific focus. Lightly name yourself, someone, something else or the issue, within at the beginning. You can't get it wrong. If anything is misaligned, the purification will simply go to the area of greatest need.
  3. Then just fall in to the silence for the next 30 minutes. I am there with you at exactly the same time, wherever I am in the world. Do not speak or use any method of your own. 
  4. Give as you wish: remain in integrity. You can send a top-up any time.
  5. There's no live link, chat, Q&A, specific focus email or purification materials.
