How to get started

I don't do anything to you, tap into your field, manipulate your energy, heal or fix anything.

All you need to do is make new choices
This is about shifting behaviour: not learning, understanding or “working on yourself.”

All reactions are purification
Whether discomfort or joy - it’s just energy leaving. Don’t touch it. Let it pass.
